The board proposes initially purchasing up to 5,957,372 shares in the market, with flexibility to extend purchases up to the full authorised limit. A waiver of the obligation to make a takeover offer under Rule 9 has been approved by the Takeover Panel on the condition that independent shareholders agree; that vote is scheduled for 10 September 2026.
