TCS Q1 FY25: revenue grows 5.4% and margins improve despite market uncertainties

TCS reported Q1 FY25 revenue of ₹626,130 million (up 5.4% y/y) with improved operating and net margins; order intake was USD 8.3 billion. India and regional markets showed strong growth while North America was slightly down. The company continued to generate strong cash flow, significantly increased dividend payments and focused on geographic and sector diversification and investments in talent development.
