BaFin was informed of a personal transaction by supervisory board member Laurence Mulliez, who on 26 August 2026 added 660 Siemens Energy shares to her portfolio at EUR 151.91 each. After the transaction became known, the share on the FSE initially fell 1.10 percent to EUR 151.10 and declined 2.10 percent to EUR 150.86 on the day of publication. Goldman Sachs is advising on the sale; Siemens Energy intends to retain a significant minority stake, and private equity firms such as CVC, EQT, Bain, Brookfield and KKR are named as potential bidders. The ToI unit generated roughly €5.7 billion in revenue in 2025 with an operating margin of 11.3%; analysts including JPMorgan welcome the separation and have reiterated buy ratings.
