Entrepreneur Jonny Rönnefahrt wants to relaunch the Plus brand with compact “plus+ City” outlets and will open the first store on 1 October at Trachenberger Platz in Pieschen. The range includes groceries, drugstore items, stationery and private-label products; selected locations will offer parcel shops, lottery, ATMs or laundries. New features include payment via Payidentity with purchase on invoice and opening hours of 8 a.m.–9 p.m. daily, including Sundays. Telecom Plus received shareholder approval for all resolutions at its annual general meeting, including the endorsement of the annual report, approval of the final dividend, and re-election of all board members. Most resolutions passed with over 95% support, including the reappointment of KPMG LLP as auditor.
