Tetra Tech was selected as the lead design engineer for the Chelan County Public Utility District’s Progressive Design-Build Hydropower Dam Spillway Modernization Project. Under the multi-year contract, the firm will perform condition assessments and structural, mechanical, electrical and seismic analyses for new closure gates, automatic hoists, controls and rehabilitation work on the spillways of Rock Island Dam and Rocky Reach Dam on the Columbia River.
