Thyssenkrupp plans the initial listing of TK Accelis in Frankfurt on 28 October and will allocate one TK Accelis share to shareholders at a ratio of 20:1. The group will remain the majority shareholder with 51 percent; the spin-off was approved in August with 99.99 percent support. BaFin has approved the stock market prospectus. TK Accelis employs around 15,500 people in 30 countries and recorded sales of €11.4 billion in 2024/25.
