Tudor Gold has withdrawn its appeal at the Supreme Court of British Columbia, ending its challenge to the Chief Gold Commissioner’s decision on the Mitchell-Treaty tunnels in the KSM project. The dispute concerned the rejection of an application to remove Seabridge’s "Conditional Mineral Reserve" for the tunnels, a provision that requires holders of mineral claims not to interfere with the tunnels.
