uCloudlink misses Q2 forecasts, stock falls about 19%

uCloudlink reported an adjusted loss of $0.01 per share and revenue of $18.2 million for Q2 2026, missing expectations of break-even and $21.5 million in revenue. The shortfall was driven by higher chip costs, weaker travel demand from China and narrowing margins; the company swung to a net loss of $3.0 million. Ucloudlink receives NASDAQ warning after 33 trading days below $1

The UCLOUDLINK GROUP has been notified by NASDAQ that its American Depositary Shares traded below the minimum $1.00 requirement for 33 consecutive trading days, violating listing rule 5450(a)(1). The notice currently has no immediate effect on trading or listing; the company has 180 calendar days, until February 8, 2027, to regain compliance. NASDAQ will consider the matter resolved if the closing price is $1.00 or higher for at least ten consecutive trading days.
