Oracle plans to temporarily fuel multiple AI data centers by truck with compressed natural gas (CNG) because building gas pipelines often takes longer than the data centers themselves. Truck deliveries are more expensive—Bloomberg says up to four times as much—and require frequent runs since a single trailer allows only short operating periods.
