The partnership will target feedstock sourcing, tolling and offtake opportunities to expand domestic refining capacity and bolster supply-chain resilience, and will evaluate commercialization of recycling solutions in Japan leveraging MMC’s infrastructure and ReElement’s chromatographic refining technology. The restoration was based on the filing of the proxy statement on March 9 and the holding of the annual meeting on Tuesday.
