Aris Mining has started building a 109‑metre modular steel bridge over the Puruni River at Puruni Landing to supplement the existing pontoon crossing and secure access to the Toroparu gold project. The bridge is also intended to improve the Puruni corridor for other users and divert heavy traffic from the local main road. Aris Mining has filed a new base shelf prospectus in Canada and a corresponding F-10 registration with the US SEC, replacing its 2024 prospectus. The move is intended to preserve financing flexibility; there are currently no plans to issue securities. Aris operates the Segovia and Marmato gold mines (2025: about 257,000 ounces) and is advancing expansion projects, including a second mill already completed at Segovia and construction of a large Marmato mine with a CIP plant, with first production expected in Q4 2026; the target is annual production of about 500,000 ounces.
