Third-quarter revenue was €719.5m, above analyst expectations, and the company raised its constant‑currency revenue growth target for 2026 to 15% and lifted its adjusted EBITDA forecast. L Catterton sold 25.52 million Birkenstock shares for about $1 billion at $39.35 each, a 4 percent discount to the closing price. About half of the shares were bought by Birkenstock itself for cancellation.
