The Security Technologies segment (IHSE) generated EUR 13.4m in revenue; its adjusted EBITDA after cost savings is EUR 2.0m (margin 14.8%). The sale of the Bikeleasing-Gruppe was completed at the end of June; the preliminary purchase price has been paid, with final purchase price adjustments still expected.
