CAE USA has received a fixed‑price contract worth $45,319,364 from the US Air Force to deliver and install an FAA Level D full‑flight simulator for the 747‑8i, plus an initial logistics package. Work will be performed in Tampa (Florida), Saint‑Laurent (Quebec) and at Joint Base Andrews (Maryland). CAE elected all 13 nominated candidates to its board of directors and filed the final voting results of the 2026 annual general meeting. Newly appointed was Bruce Ross, Group Head of Artificial Intelligence at Royal Bank of Canada, who received the highest approval at 99.62%. CAE and Saab signed a memorandum of intent to cooperate on training, simulation and mission-support solutions for the Gripen in Canada, subject to the Canadian government selecting the Gripen. CAE is to establish and operate a Canada-based training ecosystem including pilot training, simulator operations, technical instruction and maintenance services; the partners will also examine development and upkeep of mission systems and joint R&D initiatives.
