Wainwright conference, Cerrado Gold outlined a staged plan moving from the producing Minera Don Nicolás mine to the development projects Lagoa Salgada (Portugal) and Mont Sorcier (Canada). The company expects about 50,000–60,000 ounces of gold from Argentina in 2025, aims to raise production to ~100,000 oz eq. after Lagoa Salgada and to over 300,000 oz eq. after Mont Sorcier, and sees significantly higher EBITDA and cash flow potential; it holds CAD 25 million in cash and expects a further CAD 50 million from disposals. The transaction remains subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange; all securities are subject to a four‑month plus one‑day hold period.
