CK Infrastructure posted a net profit of HK$21,252 million in the first half of 2026, up 389% year on year, mainly due to disposal gains from UK Power Networks and UK Rails. The sale of its stake in UK Power Networks generated proceeds of HK$44,631 million and a gain of HK$11,208 million. Shareholders of CK Infrastructure approved the sale of UK Power Networks and related major transactions, including sale shares and shareholder loans, at an extraordinary general meeting with 2,128,168,363 votes (99.99995%). Certain major shareholders were required to abstain from voting; the decision concerns around 99.77% of issued shares.
