Redeia shares fall despite half-year results in line with expectations

Redeia reported first-half EBITDA of €673m, including a €24m one-off effect from a regulatory accounting change; adjusted EBITDA was €649m. Net profit rose 4% to €280m, and net debt fell by around 10% since the start of the year to €5.0bn. The company is thus on track for its full-year guidance, but the stock fell 2.3% as the market had apparently already priced in the results or expected stronger numbers. Redeia reports expected EBITDA for FY25 and reduced net debt

Redeia posted EBITDA of €1.3bn for fiscal year 2025, meeting analyst expectations. Net profit was €506m, flat year‑on‑year and in line with consensus. Investments rose to €1.5bn (+40%) and are expected to remain at roughly that annual level going forward. Net debt fell to €5.5bn (2% below consensus); the net financial obligations/EBITDA ratio is 4.4x.
