CleanSpark advances conversion of mining sites into AI data centers

At the H.C. Wainwright conference, CleanSpark presented its strategic shift from pure Bitcoin mining to AI colocation and cloud data centers and cited concrete progress on sites and contracts. The company reported, among other items, a 20‑year triple-net lease worth $6.6 billion and the win of a 110‑megawatt project in Cheyenne; the first data center hall is scheduled for handover at the end of 2027. CleanSpark reported a 20-year triple-net lease worth $6.6 billion and expects about $330 million in annual revenue from it; the company holds exclusive rights for up to 885 megawatts in Texas, of which 585 megawatts are immediately available.
