The Czechoslovak Group (CSG) has taken over a 57-hectare industrial site in Gnaschwitz and plans to invest more than 100 million euros. The company intends to build capacities to produce nitroglycerin and nitroglycerin-based products and to prepare for the production of ammunition and ammunition components. Czechoslovak Group has increased its stake in Alzchem and secured access to more than 20% of the voting rights through direct holdings (Staluna Trade: 9.9%) plus Total Return Swaps (around 10.2%). The Total Return Swaps run until May 2027. Alzchem’s share rose by about 6% as a result.
