At the Jefferies conference Dauch said integration of Dana is proceeding as planned and initial synergies are taking shape; the target is $70m in run-rate savings by the end of 2026 as part of a three-year plan totaling $300m. The company reports active bidding opportunities of over $2bn and a leverage ratio of 2.6x, which it aims to reduce primarily with cash flow to 2.5x. Dana posted Q2 sales of $2.01 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $207 million, a 10.3% margin, driven by pricing, cost savings and improved commercial vehicle demand. Management raised 2026 guidance for sales, adjusted EBITDA and adjusted free cash flow while trimming adjusted EPS guidance due to higher D&A, interest and lower equity earnings from JVs. Dana will restart share repurchases through closing and plans an additional $200 million of buybacks in 2026; the Eaton Mobility transaction will be structured as a split-off and targets at least $250 million of run-rate cost synergies within 24 months.
