Devolver Digital has made a deferred payment of $7.9 million related to its 2023 acquisition of System Era. The amount consists of 10,177,811 shares valued at about $3.0 million (30-day VWAP) and roughly $4.9 million in cash. The payment was contingent on the release of STARSEEKER: Astroneer Expeditions as an Early Access title; a further deferred payment of $2.1 million in cash and shares is due in two equal installments on July 23, 2027 and July 23, 2028.
