Elemental Royalty has completed the acquisition of Vizsla Royalties under a court‑approved plan of arrangement and assumed the net smelter returns royalties of 2.0–3.5% on the Panuco silver‑gold project. Vizsla Royalties shareholders could elect C$4.13 cash, 0.15 Elemental common shares, or a combination; Elemental paid approximately C$82 million in total and issued about 8,107,478 common shares. Elemental Royalty reported adjusted earnings of $0.055 per share for Q2 2026 (expectation $0.12) and revenue of $23.79 million (expectation $25.4 million). Despite missing consensus figures, revenue rose 127% year over year, adjusted EBITDA doubled to $17.4 million, and sold gold-equivalent ounces reached a record 5,250. The company closed the quarter with $74 million in cash and roughly $224 million of available liquidity, expects the completion of the Vizsla takeover in Q3, and says it is on track for the upper end of the annual guidance of 17,000–21,000 GEOs. Elemental Royalty recorded revenue of USD 23.8m in the second quarter (+127% year-on-year) and a record operating cash flow of USD 15.5m (+8% yoy). Sales were 5,248 ounces gold equivalent (H1: 10,231 ounces) and adjusted EBITDA rose to USD 17.4m (+99% yoy). As of 30 June the company had USD 74.2m in cash, confirmed full-year guidance of 17,000–21,000 ounces gold equivalent, paid a quarterly dividend of USD 0.03 and repurchased shares worth USD 2.0m.
