Enlight, through its US subsidiary Clēnera Holdings, has signed a 15-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Google to supply 200 MWac from the Solstice solar project in LeFlore County, Oklahoma. Solstice comprises 250 MWdc, is planned to be built in 2028 and enter commercial operation in 2029; a later expansion with 800 MWh of battery storage is planned. Enlight Renewable Energy completed a public offering to top up its unsecured series-G bonds in Israel, issuing 976,176,000 bonds at NIS 1 each; total nominal value NIS 1,015,223,040 (about USD 348.9 million). Issue price was NIS 1.040 per bond and the weighted discount rate 1.045474%.
