First Graphene has acquired all assets, IP, product lines (E-GO, LIGRA, OMEGA, DELTA) and production capacities of MITO Material Solutions. MITO products are already being tested by several US sports brands, and the company has more than 25 customers in advanced testing stages. First Graphene acquires production infrastructure, intellectual property and sales and distribution channels from Ionic Industries and its subsidiary Imagine Intelligent Materials for AU$250,000 in cash and shares. The acquired technologies include revenue-generating formulations for graphene coatings and geotextile applications, as well as solutions for environmental remediation, water treatment and energy storage.
