She will lead the global marketing strategy as well as brand and go-to-market initiatives and will work with sales and product teams to expand relationships with major clients. FLUENT has signed a binding agreement to sell Etain, LLC, its operating company in New York, to a third party. The transaction includes the license as a Registered Organization, certain operating assets and lease agreements for cash consideration, subject to customary purchase price adjustments.
