Grupa KĘTY has signed a conditional agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Fengari Holdings I B.V., the holding company of the Metra Group. The purchase price is up to €450 million at an enterprise value of €645 million, additionally financed by a PLN 2 billion credit facility with Bank Pekao. The Metra Group operates nine production plants in Italy, the US and Canada and significantly increases KĘTY’s annual extrusion capacity.
