Iomart appoints Grant Thornton as new auditor

Iomart has appointed Grant Thornton UK LLP as its new auditor with effect from 1 December 2025 for the financial year ending 31 March 2026. The appointment followed a competitive tender process and is subject to shareholder approval at the 2026 annual general meeting. Deloitte relinquished the mandate at the board's request after six years and published the legally required statement to that effect.
