Lumine Group, through a subsidiary, has acquired Synamedia’s video network division, which will continue to operate independently under the product name Quortex. The business generated $795 million in revenue over the past twelve months with a gross margin of 83% and strengthens Lumine’s activities in the media supply chain for video processing, broadcast and live streaming. The deal values Synchronoss at $9.00 per share (enterprise value approx. $258.4 million) and is expected to close in the first half of 2026, subject to shareholder approval and regulatory clearances.
