Orezone has completed the acquisition of Hecla Quebec, taking 100% ownership of the Casa Berardi mine and associated exploration properties in Quebec. The consideration totals US$352 million in immediate and deferred payments plus a contingent payment of up to US$241 million; Orezone paid US$160 million in cash and issued 65,757,265 common shares (9.9% of post-transaction outstanding shares).
