The board of directors of PetMed Express has received a non-binding cash offer from SilverCape Investments of $3.00 per share, a reduction from the earlier $4.00 proposal made in December 2025. PetMed Express announces that the 2026 annual meeting will be held virtually on August 11, 2026. PetMeds is partnering with Rural King to introduce a pet-pharmacy service as a white-label offering in the retailer’s 150 stores and on its digital platforms. PetMeds will provide pharmaceutical infrastructure, licensed pharmacists and e-commerce capabilities so customers can purchase prescription medications and preventive treatments.
