Pyrum has not yet reached the targeted throughput rate of its grinding and pelleting plant and has therefore reduced its 2026 revenue forecast from €6.5–9.5 million to €4.2–5.3 million and its EBIT expectation to -€10.0 to -€12.5 million. As a remedy, a new dosing system was ordered in May/June and is due to be delivered in November, which could fully resolve the bottleneck. Until then the company is running a three-shift operation including Saturday work, and if financing is successful the growth prospects from 2027 remain unchangedly good. Pyrum Innovations has significantly cut its 2026 forecast: revenue is now expected at €4.2–5.3 million (previously €6.5–9.5 million), group EBIT at around -€10.0 to -€12.5 million (previously -€8.0 to -€10.5 million). Total output is expected to reach €11.0–14.0 million (previously €12.0–18.0 million). The reason is the slow ramp-up of the new grinding and pelleting plant, which currently achieves only up to 1,250 kg/h instead of the planned 1,650 kg/h; the supplier is working on technical solutions.
