Colm Howlin resigned as chief financial officer and director with effect from 28 August 2026. Serabi Gold appointed Nick Box as interim chief financial officer; he will not join the board but will work closely with the board and the finance team. Box brings 20 years’ experience in the commodities sector, most recently as vice president of investor relations at Harbour Energy, and holds no ordinary shares in the company. Serabi Gold reports gold production of 11,007 ounces for the second quarter of 2026, up 5% year-on-year, and a half-year production of 23,049 ounces. Cash stood at USD 65.7 million as of 30 June 2026; the company is debt-free after repaying a liability to Banco Santander. In Q2, 57,122 tonnes of ore at 6.21 g/t were processed; Coringa supplied 7,538 ounces and the Palito complex 3,469 ounces.
