GTCR in talks to acquire SPS Commerce

According to people familiar with the matter, private equity firm GTCR is in talks to acquire supply-chain software provider SPS Commerce. A deal could be announced in the coming weeks, but negotiations are not final and could fail or be topped by another bidder. SPS Commerce: AI strengthens margin potential and confirms growth targets

At the Citi conference, SPS Commerce said it will maintain its target of high single-digit revenue growth and target ranges for gross margin (70–75%) and EBITDA margin (35%).
