Stabilis has signed a ten‑year LNG supply agreement with Carnival to serve cruise operations at the Port of Galveston. The contract raises the contracted capacity of the planned liquefaction facility in Galveston to around 55% of the planned production. Deliveries are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2027, subject to financing and construction; Stabilis plans to deploy a Jones‑Act‑compliant LNG bunkering vessel.
