Strategy also repurchased 1,420,467 shares of the variable-rate, perpetual series A preferred stock (STRC) for USD 139.3 million, but still has repurchase capacities of USD 1.05 billion for preferred shares and USD 1.0 billion for the MSTR share; the USD reserve amounted to USD 5.10 billion and USD cash on hand to USD 1.30 billion.
