Theon International makes a $3 million equity investment in Twin Prime, acquiring a single-digit minority stake. Both companies plan a joint venture in Greece in which Theon will hold 60% and Twin Prime 40% to develop and deploy AI solutions on Twin Prime’s platform. Theon International has signed an exclusivity agreement to acquire 80% of the shares in Merio SAS; the transaction is subject to final contract documentation and regulatory approvals. Theon will finance the acquisition with external debt and internally generated cash and, according to analysis, has a strong liquidity position (current ratio 6.12, more liquid assets than debt). Merio, based in Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux, is expected to generate revenue of more than €15 million and an EBIT of over €3.5 million in 2026; management will remain with the company.
