Trend Micro cut its net profit forecast for fiscal 2026 by around 11%, citing higher costs from accelerated investments in AI infrastructure, cloud expansion and brand building for new business areas. ARR for Vision One rose 49% and net revenue retention reached 122%, while operating income fell 54% due to increased spending on cloud and AI infrastructure.
