At the AG level it recorded a pre-tax result of around €6.4 million and a net income of €14.3 million; the consolidated pre-tax result was around €3.2 million with a consolidated net income of €12.3 million. UmweltBank has finalized its preliminary consolidated result for 2025: consolidated profit before taxes is around €3.2 million, below the previously stated forecast of approximately €6.2 million. The cause is the timing allocation of income from deferred taxes, which was recognized in the consolidated net income for the year rather than in consolidated profit before taxes. The consolidated net income for the year remains unchanged at around €12.3 million; the profit before taxes and the net income at the AG level (€6.4 million and €14.3 million, respectively) are unaffected.
