Upwork beats Q2 earnings, cuts full-year revenue forecast and stock plunges after hours

Upwork reported adjusted earnings of $0.41 per share for Q2 2026 (consensus $0.34), revenue of $191.7 million and adjusted EBITDA of $64.1 million.
