The move aims to diversify funding sources, better align financing with roughly half of Vale's revenue from China, and build longer-term relationships with Chinese investors. Execution risks include typically short maturities and smaller deal sizes, currency-swap costs if proceeds are converted, and regulatory or liquidity constraints that may limit the near-term financial benefit. » Więcej na finance.yahoo.com

Recent expansions into copper reflect rising global demand for clean‑energy minerals even as affected towns report health problems and ongoing fights over compensation and infrastructure impacts. » Więcej na theguardian.com
