Vitec Software after sharp share-price drop: quarterly figures trigger 15% jump

Vitec Software acquires 80% of NMG in Poland

Vitec Software has bought 80% of the shares in NMG for an undisclosed cash amount. NMG is a market leader in mission‑critical energy and industrial software in Poland and generated revenue of 38.4 million zloty (about €9 million) in 2024 with 92 employees; the existing owners remain involved as minority shareholders and in the company’s operations. Vitec Software Group expects slightly lower quarterly profit amid revenue growth

Vitec Software Group will publish quarterly results for the period ended 30.09.2025 on 16.10.2025. Analysts expect earnings of 2.55 SEK per share (previous year 2.85 SEK) on revenue of about 890.3 million SEK, an increase of roughly 10% versus the year-ago quarter.
