The board of directors of Franklin Wireless has declared a one-time special dividend of $0.04 per share, payable on December 2, 2025, to shareholders of record on November 14, 2025. Management described the measure as a contribution to increasing shareholder value. Franklin Wireless launches 5G fixed wireless router JEXtream CG890
Franklin Wireless has introduced the 5G fixed wireless access router JEXtream CG890, which offers auto-failover, is CBRS-compatible and supports two 1-Gb Ethernet ports configurable as WAN or LAN. The device is aimed at service providers, municipal organizations, small businesses and digital equity initiatives and is currently available through selected distributors; broader availability will follow later this quarter.
