VW chooses Wayve instead of Nvidia for autonomous driving software
After ending its cooperation with Bosch, Volkswagen has selected the British AI startup Wayve as a partner for autonomous driving technologies. According to VW, Wayve’s performance during test drives in London city traffic was convincing; the company relies on end-to-end deep learning using camera data rather than detailed 3D maps.
