The board of AN2 Therapeutics has reset the exercise price of all stock options granted before March 19, 2026 to $3.91 per share, corresponding to the closing price on the day of the action. The change affects options held by executives and external board members; all other original terms remain unchanged. If options are exercised before the earlier of September 19, 2027, a change of control, or death/disability, the original price still applies; thereafter the reduced price will apply.
