Linde highlights space and electronics growth potential at investor day

At its investor day Linde emphasized space and electronics as its fastest-growing end markets, forecasting they could account for about 20% of sales by 2030. Space demand is rising with launches increasing sharply, and Linde is supplying gases via recurring merchant sale of gas (SOG) contracts as well as selling plants to some customers. In electronics Linde cited $5 billion of projects under execution and $7 billion of additional opportunities tied to higher gas intensity from advanced chips and packaging.
