ARB reports margin recovery in second half; share rises 16%

ARB recorded revenue of 702 million AUD and a pre-tax profit of 123 million AUD for fiscal year 2026. Despite the overall decline, the second half showed an improvement in profitability. ARB Corporation reports a 1% revenue decline to $358m for the first half of 2026, with pre-tax profit of $57.1m (−18.8%) and net profit of $42.2m (−17.2%). Profitability was hit mainly by higher material costs, currency effects and lower factory utilisation, while export sales rose 26.1% thanks to the US business.
