Calnex Solutions has sent its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 to shareholders and announced the ordinary general meeting for 2 September 2026 at 09:00 in Linlithgow. Shareholders are offered virtual attendance via Zoom, but voting through the virtual platform is not possible; registration for virtual participants is open until 19 August 2026 at 17:30. Management proposes a final dividend of 0.68p per ordinary share, payable on 8 September 2026 to shareholders on the register on 14 August 2026.
