GetBusy reports accelerated ARR growth in 2025 and solid adjusted EBITDA

GetBusy increased annualized recurring revenue (ARR) as of 31/12/2025 by 8% to £22.6m (constant exchange rates) and expects group revenue of at least £22m. Adjusted EBITDA was £0.3m, in line with expectations. SmartVault contributed materially with 16% ARR growth and a strong uptick in new business in H2 (+65%), while Workiro gained momentum in the corporate customer segment. GetBusy expects pronounced acceleration in growth for SmartVault

GetBusy reports flat revenue growth in H1 2025 but sees an acceleration for the SmartVault platform in the second half: ARR rose 9% in the first half to $15.6m and is expected to grow 14–18% in H2. Drivers include the phase-out of competing product FileCabinet CS from Thomson Reuters and a planned integration with Intuit ProConnect; the AI tool SmartRequestAI was also launched. GetBusy restructures shareholder group and announces half-year results date

GetBusy has announced a reorganization of its shareholder group, with Greg Wilkinson no longer included and the Reckon Limited Performance Share Plan Trust no longer holding any shares. The group now consists of Clive Rabie and Daniel Rabie, who together hold 22.5% of the shares, and under takeover code rules, they may acquire more shares as long as their combined holding remains below 30%.
