HelloFresh under pressure after S&P downgrade to junk status and analyst cut

HelloFresh shares fell about four to five percent after several negative analyst comments and an S&P downgrade of its credit rating to junk. Hellofresh stock falls after UBS downgrade amid question marks over profitability

UBS removed its buy recommendation for Hellofresh, after which the share fell about 3.4% to €4.17 and has lost almost a third so far in 2026.
