The management board of HWA, with the approval of the supervisory board, has resolved a rights issue of up to EUR 4,447,801.05. Up to 4,236,001 new shares are to be issued at a subscription price of EUR 1.05 in a ratio of 14 to 5; the subscription period is expected to run from 28 July 2026 to 24 August 2026. Shareholder Dörflinger Management & Beteiligungs GmbH (DMB) will take up to 3,420,228 direct subscription shares and has provided a backstop under which it will subscribe for any unsubscribed shares at the subscription price, so the company assumes full execution and receipt of the gross proceeds.
